SWIFT CAP SARL operates as a sourcing and export partner. We identify, verify and coordinate qualified Moroccan producers and suppliers on behalf of international buyers, and coordinate the associated export process.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed contract, we do not manufacture the products we source and we do not hold speculative inventory of them.
The product categories and descriptions on this website are indicative of what we are able to source on request. They are not an offer to sell, not a confirmation of availability, and not a representation that any particular product, grade, certification, quantity or price is currently obtainable.
No price, minimum order quantity, lead time or certification is binding on SWIFT CAP SARL unless it appears in a written quotation issued by us, bearing a quotation number and a validity date.
Quotations are valid only for the period stated on them and are subject to the assumptions, inclusions and exclusions set out in the quotation itself. Every quotation states the applicable Incoterms® rule together with the exact named place. Quotations are subject to supplier availability and to confirmation of the applicable regulatory requirements for the product, destination and intended use.
You confirm that information you submit through this website is accurate, that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the company you name, and that the products you are requesting may lawfully be exported from Morocco and imported into your destination country.
We may share the technical specification of your requirement with potential suppliers and service providers in order to source it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry, at our discretion and without giving reasons, including where a requirement appears unlawful, non-compliant, or commercially not viable.
Regulatory requirements for import, labelling, registration and end use in the destination country are ultimately the responsibility of the importer. We will identify and, where possible, confirm applicable requirements as part of our service, but we do not act as your regulatory adviser and our statements on such matters are not legal advice.
SWIFT CAP SARL will never ask a buyer to pay a registration, release, activation, insurance or processing fee in order to place or receive an order. Payment instructions are issued only in a written invoice or proforma invoice bearing our company details, and any change of bank details will never be communicated by email alone. If you receive a payment request purporting to come from us that does not meet this description, do not act on it and contact info@swiftcapsarl.com.
