This policy explains how SWIFT CAP SARL ("we", "us"), a company registered in Morocco, handles the information you provide through sourcing.swiftcapsarl.com.

1. Who is responsible for your data

SWIFT CAP SARL, Morocco, is the data controller. For any question about this policy or your data, contact info@swiftcapsarl.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit a sourcing request or contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include: your name, job title, company name, company website, business email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, and the commercial details of your requirement (product, quantity, destination, specifications, packaging, certifications, target price, delivery date and any additional information you provide).

Our server also records standard technical information such as the IP address and browser user agent at the time of submission. We use this only for security, spam prevention and abuse investigation.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and you should not send them to us.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation. This is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and is in our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence.
• To source your requirement. This may include sharing the technical specification of your requirement with potential Moroccan suppliers, freight forwarders and, where relevant, competent authorities. See section 4.
• To keep records of our commercial relationship, including for accounting, customs and export compliance obligations under applicable law.
• To protect the service against spam, fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

4. Who we share it with

To do the work you ask us to do, we may share the technical and commercial details of your requirement with:

• Moroccan suppliers, producers and manufacturers being considered for your requirement;
• freight forwarders, transit agents and inspection or laboratory service providers, where needed to quote or execute the shipment;
• banks and competent customs or regulatory authorities, where required for an actual transaction or by law;
• our hosting and email service providers, acting on our instructions.

Where we can reasonably do so, we share the specification without your identifying contact details. We do not pass your contact details to suppliers for their own marketing.

5. International transfers

We are based in Morocco. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region with data transfer rules, your information will be transferred to and processed in Morocco and potentially in other countries where a supplier, forwarder or service provider is located. We take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are limited to what is necessary for the purposes above.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, and afterwards for the period required by applicable Moroccan commercial, tax and customs record-keeping obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Write to info@swiftcapsarl.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Please note that we may need to retain certain records to meet legal obligations.

8. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are stored on our hosting provider's servers and access is restricted to persons who need it to handle your enquiry. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we ask you not to send bank details, passwords or copies of identity documents through the website form.

9. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site. If we introduce analytics in future, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested before non-essential cookies are set.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our operations develop. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
